# Revenue Program

#### ⚖️ Legal & Compliance Statement

At **Bitdealer**, we maintain a strict legal separation between the **$BIT utility token** and any revenue streams generated by third-party **RWA (Real-World Asset) Tokens**, including those connected to **digital gaming or iGaming distribution platforms**.

The **$BIT token** has **no economic, financial, or contractual entitlement** to revenue, profit, or distributions derived from any gaming, iGaming, or wagering-related activities — whether directly or indirectly.

All game-related or distribution-based revenues are solely attributed to the **specific RWA Token** involved and are managed within that token’s independent ecosystem.

At Bitdealer, we believe in building a self-sustaining ecosystem where real-world utility can reinforce long-term sustainability for tokenized assets launched on our platform. The Revenue Program ensures that revenue streams generated by specific RWA Tokens are reinvested into their own ecosystems, strengthening their liquidity and sustainability, rather than being diverted to overhead or team expenses.

🎰 **How RWA Tokens Generate Revenue**

Tokens that graduate the bonding curve on the Bitdealer launchpad will become backed by digital game assets. These assets are integrated with licensed distribution platforms worldwide. On a recurring basis, distribution partners share a percentage of the net revenue generated by those assets with the respective Token’s treasury.

**Important Distinction**

* The **Revenue Program applies only to individual RWA Tokens** and is determined at their launch.
* The **$BIT utility token is not connected to these revenue streams**. $BIT does not receive dividends, buybacks, or distributions from any Token or external activity.
* $BIT’s role is limited to powering the Bitdealer platform through governance, staking, loyalty, referrals, and access utilities.

By separating **platform utility ($BIT)** from **individual RWA Token mechanics**, Bitdealer enables RWA projects to create sustainable ecosystems while ensuring that $BIT remains a pure utility token with no connection to iGaming or external revenues.

### 💸 Revenue Allocation Breakdown

Here’s how we use 100% of the net-revenue we receive from licensed distribution platforms:

#### ✅ 100% – RWA Token Buyback

All of the revenue is used to **buy back the related RWA token**, directly from the open market. This creates consistent demand, supports the token price, and reinforces long-term holder value.

### 📊 Transparent Reporting with Live On-Chain Data

This public dashboard will display real-time data on casino revenue received and the RWA token buybacks funded 100% from that revenue. Loyalty rewards and ecosystem growth, if any, are funded solely from platform fees and are not financed by casino revenue.

### ❌ No team Salaries from Game Revenue

Bitdealer operates with a long-term, transparent model that puts Users & KOL's first.\
\
None of the Slot Game revenue is used to pay team salaries or operational costs.\
That’s right: **0% goes to the Bitdealer team.**

Instead, 100% of slot game revenue is invested into:

* Token $RWA buybacks

So that begs the question how is Bitdealer funded?

👉 **Trading fees,** not game revenue, cover the company’s operating expenses.\
This includes:

* 🎮 Game development
* 🧠 Team salaries
* 📈 Funding for new CEX listings
* 🧩 System maintenance and infrastructure
* 🔄 Market making and platform innovation

*The Revenue Programs described on this page apply exclusively to the specific RWA Token referenced. These mechanisms (including buybacks, burns, or other economic models) are determined by the respective project team and do not extend in any way to the $BIT utility token. $BIT does not participate in, nor derive value from, any RWA Token revenue, gambling activity, or external business performance. $BIT functions solely as a utility token within the Bitdealer platform, enabling governance, staking and DEX liquidity.*
